Joy Nutt

Joy Nutt is an experienced recruiter and talent acquisition specialist currently serving as a Recruiter at Ontic since April 2024. Prior to this role, Joy has held multiple positions at Cerebral, including Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiter, since January 2021. In the earlier career, Joy worked at Beacon Hill Staffing Group from June 2019 to December 2020 as an Account Executive in the IT Consulting Division and as a Staffing Consultant at Phi Mu Fraternity between July 2017 and May 2019, where responsibilities included strategic travel consulting across several campuses. Joy's career began at East Carolina University as a Department of Athletics Tutor & Mentor from October 2015 to May 2017. Joy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from East Carolina University and completed high school at Croatan High School in just three years.
