Open RAN Policy Coalition
Diane Rinaldo serves as the Executive Director of the Open RAN Policy Coalition since March 2020 and has held the position of Acting Administrator and Assistant Secretary at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration since 2019, advising the White House on telecommunications and technology policy. Rinaldo's experience includes roles such as Senior Policy Advisor at Beacon Global Strategies LLC, Deputy Administrator at the NTIA, Director of Government Affairs at SAP, Professional Staff for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence overseeing cybersecurity legislation, and Deputy Chief of Staff for U.S. Representative Mike Rogers. Additionally, Rinaldo was Vice President at Cassidy and Associates and a Legislative Aide to U.S. Senator Olympia Snowe. Rinaldo holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Maine and completed an Executive Program at Harvard University.
