Jackie Norgord

Jackie Norgord is a Data Collection Manager at Ryzen Solutions since April 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles as a Project Manager on the MetaWorks TPM Team at Meta from March 2019 to January 2023, where Jackie led the development of innovative programs in an Agile environment for various teams supporting AI research. Prior to that, Jackie served as a Data Collection Project Manager at Facebook from October 2017 to March 2019, and as a Program/Project Manager and Client Success Account Manager at 1World Online from February 2013 to February 2017. Additionally, Jackie has experience as an instructor in Business Writing and Developmental English Writing at San Jose State University. Jackie holds an MA in TESOL and a Certificate in Computational Linguistics from San Jose State University, along with a Certificate in E-Learning Design and Development from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
