Jonathan Ystad

Jonathan brings together the worlds of cybersecurity, design, and communication with a unique blend of creative vision, academics, and entrepreneurial acumen. His undergraduate studies in mass communication at Xavier University of Louisiana led him to graduate studies at the Interactive Telecommunications Program at New York University. He then founded a production company while pursuing further graduate studies in Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. During his graduate studies, Jonathan researched the intersections between privacy law, surveillance, and human to computer interfaces. Jonathan brings to OpenAVN more than a decades’ worth of experience elevating user journeys from within the worlds of fashion, production, technology, and innovation management.
