Sylvain Ornetti has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sylvain is currently the Head of Customer Success & Solutions at Opendatasoft, where they lead a team of 14 people and two sub-teams. Sylvain'sresponsibilities include managing customer success, developing usages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering professional services. Prior to this, Sylvain held the position of Head of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager at Opendatasoft, where they handled a portfolio of 50 customers across various industries.
Before joining Opendatasoft, Sylvain founded and coordinated the MeetUp Customer Success Nantes. Sylvain also worked as a Customer Success Director at Dictanova, where they managed customer success and ensured customer satisfaction in multiple industries. Sylvain gained teaching experience as a Lecturer at Audencia Nantes and worked as a Market Research Analyst at KP/AM, conducting research on customer journey and experience for major companies. Sylvain also held the role of Market Research Manager at Albatross Global Solutions.
Sylvain's early career includes roles as a Brand Manager at TF1 and Editions Montparnasse. Sylvain started their career as an Assistant in charge of promotion at TPS (Télévision Par Satellite) and as an Assistant Brand Manager at Editions Montparnasse.
Sylvain Ornetti began their education in 1996 at Lycée des Chaumes Avallon, where they studied until 1999. Sylvain then attended lycée carnot dijon from 1999 to 2001. In 2001, Sylvain enrolled at ESCP Business School, where they pursued a degree in Marketing. Sylvain completed their studies at ESCP Business School in 2005, graduating with a 3rd year degree in Marketing. In the same year, Sylvain also attended the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology for a Master's program in Marketing and Business.
