Giang LeGrice is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and financial management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Opendoor since November 2025, Giang previously held various senior leadership roles at Shopify from March 2019 to October 2025, including Vice President of Operations and Head of Operations for Merchant Services. Prior to Shopify, Giang was with Hootsuite, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Global Business Operations and Senior Director of Global Business Insights & Analytics. Giang’s experience also includes key positions at Aritzia, such as Director of Operations and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, and early career roles at WTW as an Actuarial Associate and Analyst. Giang holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Actuarial Mathematics & Finance from the University of Manitoba.
