Lena Madison

Lena Madison is currently the Head of Processing and Closing at Opendoor. Prior to their current position, they served as the Production Manager at Guaranteed Rate from August 2018 to January 2019. Lena also served as the AVP MARKET OPERATIONS MANAGER at Bank of Texas from February 2018 to June 2018. From April 2013 to February 2018, they were the Mortgage Operations Processing Manager at Capital One. Her first job in the industry was as a Mortgage Loan Underwriter at Bank of America from January 2012 to March 2013.

Lena has a wealth of experience in the mortgage industry. Lena has been instrumental in establishing a fully operational mortgage company, and is responsible for ensuring that the business achieves its production and financial targets. Lena is a driven individual who is always looking for ways to improve process excellence and loan quality.

Lena Madison attended Midland College where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Lena then went on to attend the University of Phoenix.

They work with Bryan Hidalgo - Head of Customer Experience, Alison Price - Head of Marketing Strategy & Communications, and Joey Soriano - Head of Lifecycle Marketing. Lena Madison reports to Andrew Low Ah Kee, President.
