Nick Boniakowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate operations and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Senior Director and General Manager at Opendoor since January 2022, Boniakowski has held various leadership roles, including General Manager of Agent Growth and Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development. Prior experience includes positions at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. as Director of Program Strategy and at Redfin, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Strategy Manager to Market Operations Manager, contributing significantly to national home tour operations. Earlier, Boniakowski was the Principal at Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group, managing a substantial portfolio of mixed-use properties.
