Jane Bulnes-Fowles is an advisor at OpenInvest, a fintech startup that offers impact investing services to clients. During their time there, they developed strategies, led projects, and created processes, documents, and resources to improve the firm’s internal business operations and external customer service. Some of their notable accomplishments include leading a project with outside partner organizations (custodians and third-party platforms) to enable voting of client proxies with ESG-guidelines, leading a project to re-imagine the firm-wide client-centered onboarding process and identify best practices, conducting training, and developing supporting technologies and processes, and developing a financial model for revenue projections and multi-year budgeting and forecasting capabilities. Jane also led the firm CRM Salesforce implementation and improved reporting capabilities. In response to a data breach at a vendor organization, Jane led the firm response to ensure all client accounts were secured and no losses resulted from the data breach.

Jane Bulnes-Fowles received their Master of Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Jane also has a BA in Literature & Theater from Reed College and Harvard University.
