Archana Lokesh

Archana Lokesh is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales and business development across various technology firms. Currently serving as the Director of Account Development at OpenText, Archana leads the newly established Account Development Centre of Excellence in Bangalore. Prior roles include Head of Business Development at Salesforce India, where responsibilities included driving sustainable pipeline growth, and Head of Global Business and Sales Development at Spendflo, focusing on scaling operations in a startup environment. Archana's career also encompasses significant roles at Zendesk, Freshworks, and Replicon, where leadership in building and managing high-performing teams and executing go-to-market strategies was pivotal. Archana began her career at Oracle and Infosys BPM, cultivating foundational skills in sales and customer engagement. Educationally, Archana participated in the Women's Leadership Programme at the Indian School of Business and holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology from JAIN College.
