Dinka Jasarbasic

Dinka Jasarbasic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical documentation and education. Currently serving as Manager of Technical Documentation and Lead Localization Project Manager at OpenText since July 2007, Dinka has previously held roles such as Senior Technical Writer. Prior to OpenText, Dinka worked for the Ottawa Catholic School Board from 1998 to 2008 as Site Administrator/Principal, overseeing operations of an international language school, curriculum development, and instructor mentorship. Dinka also contributed as a Documentation Specialist at the Department of Justice Canada from 2005 to 2007, focusing on quality control and translation accuracy. Earlier, Dinka served as a Language Instructor with the Canadian Armed Forces from 2000 to 2002, creating lessons and interactive training modules. Dinka holds a Graduate Certificate in Technical Writing from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, a Master of Education in English Language and Literature from the University of Zagreb, and a degree in Records and Information Management from the University of Toronto.
