Morgan Foster

Morgan Foster is an accomplished legal professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in family law and corporate litigation. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of The Pivot Process since August 2024, Morgan has also co-founded the Grin Gala, a charitable event benefiting Operation Smile, since February 2008. Previously, Morgan was a Partner at McAllister, DeTar, Showalter & Walker LLC, leading the family law practice, and held positions as Lateral Equity Partner at Council Baradel and Partner at Foster Law, LLC. Early legal career experience includes roles at LeClairRyan, Samek & Rotbert, LLC, and Arent Fox, focusing on complex corporate and real estate transactions. Morgan holds a JD from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University.
