Brian Mahtoy

Brian Mahtoy began their work experience in 2005 as a Business Analyst at Alberta Motor Association. Brian later became a Business Unit Lead and then an Accounting Technician at the same company. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Accountant at Alberta Motor Association, where they prepared financial reports and statements. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Accountant at DIRTT Environmental Solutions, where they prepared financial reports, reviewed variances, and provided support in forecasting and budgeting. In 2019, they worked as a General Associate Consultant at the University of Calgary before becoming an Accounting Manager at OPIsystems Inc.

Brian Mahtoy completed the CGA Legacy Program offered by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). Brian also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified General Accountant from CGA-Canada (Certified General Accountants Association of Canada).
