Cynthia Henry Pinto is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as Managing Director and Institutional Sales Manager in the Municipal Capital Markets at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. since 2009. With a robust history in municipal bond sales and extensive experience in team building and management, Cynthia has established a strong track record in sales. Prior to Oppenheimer, Cynthia held the position of Sr. Vice President - Institutional Sales and Sales Manager at Commerce Bank from 1998 to 2009. Cynthia graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Drexel University between 1978 and 1983.
