Mike Wurster

Mike Wurster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic account management and business development within the industrial and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Strategic Channel Account Manager at OPSWAT since November 2025, Mike previously held the position of Director of Strategic Alliances at Penguin Solutions, a role that followed a similar position at Stratus Technologies. Prior to these roles, Mike was Vice President of Service at InterCool USA, where responsibilities included driving $13M in service business growth, and Vice President of Wholesale Distribution Sales and Lifecycle Services at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, overseeing a $200M segment. Mike's career spans several leadership roles at Rockwell Automation, where responsibilities included sales management and business operations, along with an earlier position as General Manager at EOSYS. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University, obtained in 1988.
