Marie Deleplancque is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in customer relationship management and strategic marketing. Currently serving as the Responsable CRM et marketing clients 360 at Optic 2000 since March 2017, Marie oversees customer experience initiatives, merchandising activities, and marketing strategies for a group with a wide retail presence of 1,700 points of sale. Previous roles include managing marketing and CRM efforts for the group while leading teams of varying sizes. Prior to Optic 2000, Marie held senior marketing project roles at AccorHotels, generating additional revenue through various marketing campaigns, and developed partnerships and business strategies at Smartbox. Additionally, early experience includes a role at Clarins as an assistant product manager in makeup. Marie holds a Master's degree in Marketing from ESSCA and is currently furthering education at Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
