Frances Chua

Frances manages the internal process for the Optikal team. She is responsible for designing the a system that helps keep the team on task and running efficiently. Amongst her duties, she also contributes to the accounting team while whorking closely with the management team to implement Optikal's organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
