Mathijs van der Bij

Mathijs van der Bij currently serves as HR Functioneel Beheerder and HR Applicatiespecialist at Optimo since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mathijs worked at Albert Heijn Vaassen as an Assistent supermarkt manager from December 2018 to May 2023 and held the position of Support Specialist at Albert Heijn from 2017 to 2018. Mathijs also owned Arenashopping.nl from September 2013 to January 2016 and contributed as a Projectmedewerker for plansoftware implementation at Albert Heijn from 2014 to 2016. Mathijs obtained a Propedeuse in Bedrijfskunde from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from February 2018 to June 2019 and is currently pursuing further education at Open Universiteit, along with studies at Hanze.
