In his new role, Jeanmonod will be responsible for innovations to drive new business growth and support the firm’s managed colocation services.
Jeanmonod is a 26-year veteran of the network technology and most recently served as Pico’s Global Head of Implementation Engineering. He has also held positions at Thomson Financial, Radianz, and AlgoSpan.
In a press release CEO Danny Moore stated, “Peter specialises in engineering businesses for success in what is a highly competitive sector. His vast experience in networks, network architecture for financial services and automation will be hugely impactful to the firm’s managed colocation offering. Needless to say, Peter will be a key asset in Options’ mission to provide the most streamlined and sophisticated services on the market, and we are delighted to have him on board.”
Jeanmonod said, “I have worked in networks technology for over 25 years and have great admiration for Options’ work in providing high-quality, low-latency solutions to their clients. I look forward to working alongside the team in their mission to transform global financial sector technology.”
Jeanmonod’s appointment is the latest in a series of senior hires that Options has made in support of its expansion in Asia, Australia, and Canada.
