Ronald Heine

Ronald Heine is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Professional Services at Optiva Inc. since November 2017, Ronald is a key member of the Global Management team and oversees the global Customer Solution Architect (CSA) organization. Prior to this role, Ronald held significant positions at Redknee, including Global Head of Customer Solution Architect and Operations Head for VDF and Deutsche Telekom Europe, where responsibilities included end-to-end delivery of BSS projects. Ronald's earlier career included roles at NSN and Nokia Siemens Networks, focusing on operational leadership and project customization in Business Support Systems. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Technische Universität Ilmenau and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computing and Telecommunication from Technische Universität Berlin.
