Stacia Ford-Spicer Msw

Stacia Ford-Spicer MSW, EdS is currently serving as the Senior Executive Director at Optum since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Clinical Compliance Director at Anthem, Inc. from June 2018 to November 2023, and Director of Clinical Compliance at Elevance Health focusing on mental health parity and health equity. Stacia has held various leadership roles in the healthcare sector, including Clinical Services Manager at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services and Director of Behavioral Health at Priority Health. Stacia's academic background includes a Master's degree in Social Work from Michigan State University, an EdS in Educational Administration and Supervision from Grand Valley State University, and a PhD in Education Leadership and Counseling from Eastern Michigan University, currently in progress.
