Artyom Baghdasaryan

Artyom Baghdasaryan is the current Director of Optym Armenia. Prior to this, they served as a consultant for the International Organization for Migration from October 2016 to December 2016. There, they were responsible for reviewing and analyzing appropriate fields and techniques, developing the design and functionality of a migrant-friendly mobile application, and participating in software development and testing of the mobile app. From March 2016 to October 2016, Artyom served as Project Manager for Digitain.com, where they were responsible for managing platform development and deployment, developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, business functional requirements, and presentations, and cooperating with business development, IT, and marketing departments. Finally, from December 2009 to January 2016, Artyom served as Project Manager for EKENG CJSC. In this role, they were responsible for directing and managing project development from beginning to end, defining project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, developing full-scale e-Government project plans and associated communications documents, building and growing business relationships vital to the success of the project, effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion, liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis, facilitating technical, operational and/or business requirements, drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary, planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones, and developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Artyom Baghdasaryan has a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Yerevan State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same school. Artyom also has various certifications from Google, Harvard, Udemy, Bureau Veritas, and more in digital marketing, online MBA, ISO 27001:2013 ISMS Internal Auditor, and more.
