Ritikaa S. has a strong background in software engineering and technical leadership. Ritikaa is currently working as a Technical Lead at Opus Consulting Solutions since January 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Nihilent from December 2019 to December 2021. During their time at Capgemini from October 2018 to October 2019, they served as a Consultant. Ritikaa also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Mastercard from November 2017 to September 2018 and at Pratiti Technologies from April 2016 to October 2017. Ritikaa started their career as a Java Developer at ModalLogic IT Systems from July 2014 to March 2016.

Ritikaa S. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from DYPIET, Pimpri, Pune, between 2010 and 2014.
