Marcelo Fiasche

SVP, Applications, LATAM at Oracle

Marcelo Fiasche is the Senior Vice President of Applications for Oracle in Latin America. Marcelo has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, working in various managerial positions.

Marcelo started their career in 1989 as an analyst in the Techint Group. Marcelo then moved on to become a project manager at gA (Grupo Assa) in 1996. In 2003, Marcelo became a consulting manager at Jdedwards & Co. And finally, in 2004, Marcelo joined PeopleSoft/Oracle as a consulting director for the Southern Region.

In their current role at Oracle, Marcelo is responsible for developing and managing Oracle's applications business in Latin America. Under Marcelo's leadership, Oracle has seen significant growth in the region and has become a market leader in enterprise software.

Marcelo Fiasche is an Industrial Engineer from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. Marcelo also has a Perito Mercantil from Nuestra Sra. de Lujan de Los Patriotas. Marcelo's educational focus is in Business Strategic Intelligence and they have completed programs on Leadership from IESE Business School and the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

They are on a team with Rick Jewell - SVP, Oracle Applications Development, Wim Coekaerts - SVP, Software Development, and Hillel Cooperman - SVP, User Experience Design. Marcelo Fiasche reports to Steve Miranda, EVP, Oracle Applications Product Development.
