Thomas Rose

Thomas Rose, JD, CSAM, is an experienced professional specializing in software asset management and privacy analysis. Since March 2016, Thomas has held the role of Client Manager for Subscription Management at Oracle, focusing on educating clients about SaaS Software Asset Management Best Practices and providing SAM training. Prior to this, Thomas worked as a Senior License Consultant at Oracle, handling software compliance audits and licensing education for public sector and named accounts. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Privacy Analyst at Sutter Health, where over 100 privacy investigations were conducted, and identifying data quality issues as a HIM Data Quality Analyst at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota. Thomas began a career in law with a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, supported by degrees in Health Information Technology and Speech Communication.
