Ahmed Rashad has extensive experience in consulting and technical support in the telecommunications sector. Ahmed began at Orange Business Services in November 2015 as a Senior Consultant, designing enterprise solutions including Microsoft Skype for Business and Avaya systems. Ahmed progressed through various roles focused on voice problem and incident management, where responsibilities included troubleshooting escalated customer incidents and implementing migrations from legacy systems. From September 2018 to June 2023, Ahmed served as a Managing Consultant, leading a team of Integration Solution Consultants and overseeing team profitability and project quality. Currently, since June 2023, Ahmed holds the position of Head of Offshore Security Consulting at Orange Cyberdefense, managing security consultants and designing enterprise network security projects. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Cairo University.
