Dawid Kacprzak is a seasoned expert in contact center solutions with extensive experience across various roles in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Principal ICT Solutions Architect at Orange since July 2024, Dawid manages CCaaS platforms such as Genesys Cloud and AWS Connect, leading transformation initiatives for high-performance contact centers.
