Ally Smith

Ally Smith currently serves as Vice President of Customer Growth & Experience at OneRail since June 2024 and as a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness since October 2024. Earlier in the career, Ally Smith was a Senior Account Manager at Nielsen, managing key partnerships for major consumer goods clients. Ally Smith holds an MBA in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Psychological Counseling from Monmouth University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ursinus College.
