As the only vacant property security provider to have its own BS 5979 Cat II accredited Alarm Receiving Centre, significant investment and development of bespoke solutions has ensured that we provide our clients with best in class emergency resolution and alarm monitoring services in-line with stringent British Standards. 

This is also complemented by the BS 8484 accreditation for Lone Worker devices and services, which has been fully tested and proven for over 15 years.

Continuous innovation and investment in our staff has meant that we have celebrated receiving many awards, including BIFM’s Innovation in Products, LHC’s Innovation of the Year, and the Housing Excellence Award’s Product of the Year – each received for our key management solution, eMAKS (electronically Managed Access Key System).
