Paulo Carvao is a distinguished professional currently serving as a Senior Fellow at Harvard University's Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government, where research focuses on AI regulation in the United States. Previously, Paulo has held roles as a Senior Fellow and Fellow at the Advanced Leadership Initiative, emphasizing technology policy and social entrepreneurship. In the international arena, Paulo acts as an Advisor to the UN Secretary-General’s Advisory Board on Artificial Intelligence and serves on the Board of Advisors for Orby, Co. Paulo is also an Investment Committee Member and Limited Partner at Chestnut Street Ventures and serves as Managing Principal and CEO of Spinnaker Ventures, LLC.
