Philip Kotliyakov

Philip Kotliyakov has a diverse work experience in various roles. Philip currently works as a Frontend Developer at Orca AI since 2022. Before that, they were a Full Stack Engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd from 2018 to 2022, where they developed software applications for artillery projects, designed infrastructure and features, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams. Prior to that, they worked as a Real-time Embedded Software Engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd from 2018 to 2019, where they initiated the replacement of a legacy GUI system and developed real-time embedded applications. Philip started their career as a Data Scientist at Adva R&D from 2015 to 2017, where they built and maintained trading strategies using machine learning algorithms.

Philip Kotliyakov attended the University of Haifa from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics.
