Houda Samaha has a rich and diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Houda started their career in 1980 at SYNECTICS, INC as an Associate, where they co-authored instructional materials, designed trainer-training programs, and oversaw budgets and production. Houda then moved on to become a Senior Associate, leading a three-year change management assignment that resulted in significant savings and increased sales for clients.

In 1984, Houda became Vice President and Business Team Leader at SYNECTICS, INC, where they started a new consulting practice in Change Management and grew it to contribute one-third of the company's revenue. During this time, they also excelled as a Managing Partner and Project Lead, overseeing a three-year initiative to create a customer-focused sales and marketing culture and reduce costs. Houda managed a team of seven consultants and administrative staff.

From 1999 to 2004, Houda held a board position at InteriorTrade.com, a vertical market portal focusing on the Interior Design and Architectural markets.

In 1988, Houda founded their own company called Innovation Management, where they served as the Founder and Principal. Houda was responsible for the company's P&L, operations, and business development. Additionally, they designed tailored consulting services to address corporate issues such as change management, process re-engineering, and profitability improvement.

Most recently, Houda worked at ORGANOGENESIS, INC as the Director of Human Resources. As a member of the executive management team, they were hired to implement HR initiatives that supported the business growth goals. Houda oversaw all aspects of the Human Resources Department.
