Anna Morawska-Wilkowska

Anna Morawska-Wilkowska is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Cluster HR Business Partner for Eastern Europe and Israel at Organon since October 2025. Prior to this role, Anna accumulated extensive experience at MoneyGram International in various HR positions from May 2017 to September 2025, including as Manager of HR Operations for the EAMEAP region and Senior Regional HR Business Partner for Poland, Romania, Ukraine, and Turkey. Anna's earlier career includes HR management roles at Sony Electronics and Pfizer, as well as experience in talent acquisition at Coca-Cola HBC and international recruitment at Manpower Polska. Academically, Anna holds a master's degree in Psychology from the University of Gdańsk and additional postgraduate qualifications in business training and human resources.
