Kimberley Barton

Kimberley Barton is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Group Operations Leader at Origin Energy since January 2022, Kimberley oversees Learning & Development, Leadership Development Programs, and community partnerships, while managing energy specialists in service and sales operations. Previous roles include Manager of Contact Centre and Technology Projects at the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, and Executive Manager Operations at Jacana Energy, focusing on operations management, project management, and customer service. Kimberley has also held key positions at Simply Energy, ENGIE, and AGL Energy, demonstrating expertise in sales operations, dispute resolution, and outsourced service management. Kimberley graduated from Deakin University and attended Mentone Girls Secondary College.
