Dr. Monica Chaudhuri is a member of the Department of Surgery at OSMH. She received her Doctor of Medicine with Distinction at the University of Ottawa in 1998, followed by completion of her General Surgery Residency in 2003. She was first credentialed at OSMH as a Locum Tenens staff in July 2014, moving to Associate status in July 2015. As Vice-President of the Medical Staff Association, Dr. Chaudhuri sits on the OSMH Board of Directors as an Ex-Officio, non-voting member. She completed her Masters in Public Health at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health in 2015, as well as a Fellowship in trauma and critical care (surgical critical care) at the University of Minnesota in 2014.
