Juan Penagos

Juan Penagos is the current General Manager at Orion Infiniti. Prior to their current position, Juan held the role of National Leader of Personal Lines and Small Business at Marsh from September 2013 to September 2016. In this role, Juan was responsible for the commercial, marketing, and operational fields of the Personal Lines and Small Business segment. Juan was also in charge of defining and executing the segment strategy with a national team, increasing sales levels, and establishing commercial indicators.

From September 2012 to September 2013, Juan was Managing Director at Rokk3r Labs. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.

Prior to their role at Rokk3r Labs, Juan was Partner at Sönar from June 2004 to August 2013. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.
