Caitlin Marshall

Caitlin Marshall has extensive experience in education and customer service roles, with a focus on program management and client satisfaction. Currently working as a Database Management Analyst at Orlando Ballet, Caitlin leads the organization's use of the CRM system to enhance customer engagement and streamline efficiency. Prior to this, Caitlin worked at ADP as an Account Manager and at Orlando Science Center in various education management roles. Caitlin also has experience in teaching and camp coordination. Caitlin holds a Master of Science in Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Central Florida.
