Katrina Williams

Katrina Williams is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning several organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Orlando Health since September 2022, Katrina previously held the position of Director - HR Business Partner at Charles Schwab from August 2013 to September 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing organizational effectiveness and aligning talent strategies with business goals. Prior to that role, Katrina spent over 14 years at JPMorgan Chase, progressing through various positions from Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to Hiring Lead Manager, offering guidance on talent development and recruitment strategies. Earlier roles included Director of Customer Service at Walgreens Healthcare, Claims Resource Manager at AT&T, and Personnel Representative at Prudential Insurance Company of America. Katrina holds an Associate of Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts from Valencia College.
