Chris Busch

Chris Busch is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Manager of Flight Training and Standards for Fixed Wing at Ornge since February 2013. In this role, Chris oversees the development and management of pilot training programs for fixed-wing aircraft, leads a team of training and standards pilots, and maintains compliance with regulatory standards by developing SOPs, training manuals, and other materials. Prior to Ornge, Chris held pilot positions at Sander Geophysics and served as a Professor at Algonquin College, where a course in Computer Applications for Pilots was developed and taught. Additional experience includes flight instruction at the Ottawa Flying Club and a senior technical analyst/project manager role at Dell, where project plans were developed for business process improvements. Chris's educational background includes studies at Algonquin College and Niagara College.
