Bettina Seidelin Houmøller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change management, strategic communication, and leadership development. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Head of Global Communications community management at Ørsted since November 2017, Bettina oversees the IT Communication Strategy and change communication for large IT projects. Previously, Bettina has built the IT Communication team from two to fifteen members within 2.5 years and held roles at DONG Energy and Landbrug & Fødevarer, where they developed strong networks between IT and business sectors. Bettina holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and has completed several coaching certifications.
