Leticia Francisca Torres Mandiola is a Chilean-American board member at [Ørsted](/org/orsted), a Danish energy company. Prior to their current role, Leticia was an intern at the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk where they used data science to optimise event locations and generate insights on voter experience. Leticia has also worked as a teaching assistant at the [University of San Francisco](/org/university-of-san-francisco) and as a captain and member of the Chilean National Soccer Team.

Leticia Francisca Torres Mandiola has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Applied Mathematics from [Imperial College London](/org/imperial-college-london) and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the [University of San Francisco](/org/university-of-san-francisco). Leticia also attended high school at The International School Nido de Aguilas.

Daniel Lerup was born in Denmark in 1983. After completing their studies, they began their career working in the financial sector. Daniel has held various positions at different companies, including Koncenton Metropol A/S, Koncenton Søborg Hovedgade A/S, and ADLEX-MÜRSCH Ejendomsadministration A/S. In May 2019, they became the CFO of [Ørsted](/org/orsted).

Daniel Lerup has a MSc in Finance and Accounting from [Copenhagen Business School](/org/copenhagen-business-school) and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. Daniel also attended Frederiksborg Gymnasium.

They are on a team with Thomas Dalsgaard - EVP & CEO, Bioenergy, Henriette Fenger Ellekrog - EVP, Chief HR Officer, and Neil O'Donovan - EVP & CEO, Onshore. Daniel Lerup reports to Mads Nipper, CEO & President.

As CEO of Ørsted Offshore North America, Hardy will oversee all North American offshore wind activities, including development and operations for Ørsted's current and future portfolio of U.S. projects.

Prior to joining Ørsted, Hardy held U.S. and global senior executive roles in the wind energy industry working in leadership positions at both Senvion and Vestas. He also spent a large portion of his career at GE in commercial leadership positions, as well as roles at other high-tech industrial companies. Additionally, he served for more than eight years in the U.S. Navy submarine community.

In addition to his experience with waterway management, Mr. LeBlanc has invaluable institutional knowledge of how the offshore wind industry interacts with the marine community. Mr. LeBlanc has been a vital part of the USCG’s operations concerning offshore wind farms ever since the offshore wind industry began in the U.S. His experience working with industry since its nascency in the U.S. mirrors Ørsted’s own experience with the industry’s beginnings in Europe.
