Naila Natali Romero Gutiérrez is a seasoned professional in product and UX/UI design, currently serving as Group Lead and Product Design Lead at The Ksquare Group since November 2018. Naila is responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of digital products, leading design critiques, and shaping user-centric experiences. With a background in UX/UI design for the Boy Scouts of America and experience as a 2D Animator at WSM | We Simplify Marketing, Naila has developed a strong ability to create design systems, implement accessibility standards, and enhance user engagement. Naila's educational foundation in Interaction and Animation Design from IBERO Puebla complements extensive experience with tools including Figma, Sketch App, and Adobe CC Suite.
