Kim Martinez

Kim Martinez is an accomplished business leader specializing in operational management within the healthcare and tech industries. As the Founder and Principal of Clear Frame Consulting, Kim provides fractional and interim COO services to support early-stage and lower to middle-market healthcare companies in overcoming operational challenges and achieving growth targets. In addition, Kim serves as Fractional COO at Oscillo Biosciences, collaborating with the founder and CEO to enhance strategy and drive fundraising. Previous experience includes a role as Board Director at Mass Liberation, where support was provided to individuals reintegrating into society after incarceration, and as Chief Operating Officer at Traditions Behavioral Health, where Kim transformed a founder-led company into a professionally managed organization. Earlier experience also includes serving as Sr Director of Global User Operations at Twitter, managing global customer service operations.
