Alexandre Fallon

Alexandre Fallon is a partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, specializing in litigation, class actions, environmental law, regulatory issues, Aboriginal law, and insolvency and restructuring, with tenure since August 2009. Previously, Alexandre served as a lecturer in the North-American Common Law Program at Université de Montréal from January 2013 to April 2019, teaching courses on judicial remedies and torts. Prior experience includes working as a law clerk to the Honourable Madam Justice Gauthier at the Courts administration service - Government of Canada from August 2008 to July 2009. Alexandre holds a Master II in Law from University of Montpellier, an LL.M. from Université de Sherbrooke, and an LL.B. from Université de Sherbrooke, complemented by studies at Aarhus University.
