Justin Dharamdial

Justin Dharamdial is a Partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where since October 2013, the focus has been on representing companies at various stages, alongside venture capital firms and private equity funds engaged in financing and acquisition activities. Justin has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Previously, Justin served as an Associate in Corporate Law and completed an articling term with rotations in the Corporate, Litigation, and Research departments. Justin holds a J.D. from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from Queen's University.
