Minji Park

Minji Park is a Partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP since December 2020, specializing in corporate and securities law with a focus on capital markets transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, and corporate reorganizations. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP from December 2018 to November 2020, where responsibilities encompassed capital markets, M&A, securities law, corporate governance, and financing. Minji Park also worked as an Associate at Lee & Ko, handling asset-backed lending, M&A, general corporate law, and private equity from January to November 2018. Initial roles included an Associate and Articled Student at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and summer articling at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia in 2014. Minji Park earned a Juris Doctor from The University of British Columbia in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology from the same institution in 2010.
