Alexander Everke has been a member of the management board since October 2015, and its chairman since March 2016.

Alexander started his career in the semiconductor industry in 1991 with Siemens as Marketing Manager and Director. In 1996 he joined the Siemens spin-off Infineon as VP of Sales responsible for the memory products division.

In 2001 he became Senior VP of Sales responsible for the global sales organization of Infineon with an annual revenue of €7.2bn. His final position with Infineon was as Senior VP and General Manager of the chip card and security ICs business unit.

He joined NXP Semiconductors UK as General Manager in 2006. In 2007 Alexander became a member of the NXP management team and served as Executive VP and General Manager of the multimarket semiconductors, high-performance mixed-signal and infrastructure and industrial business units.

Alexander holds a Masters diploma in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.
