Thomas Øst-Jacobsen

Thomas Øst-Jacobsen is a seasoned electro-acoustic engineer currently serving as a Senior Electro-Acoustic Engineer at Oticon since September 2025. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as an Acoustic Test Engineer at Widex from April 2018 to September 2025 and as an Acoustic Engineer at NIRAS from November 2015 to April 2018. Thomas has also contributed to the swimming community as an Assistant Head Coach and a B-Holdstræner at Hvidovre Svømmeklub between 2010 and 2016, in addition to serving as a Svømmeinstruktør at Roskilde Svømning from 2002 to June 2008. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Acoustical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Elektroteknologi from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, with degrees earned in 2015 and 2013, respectively.
