Gaurav Malhotra

Gaurav Malhotra is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as Head of Learning & Development at Otis Elevator Co. since September 2017, where responsibilities include leading learning interventions, wellness initiatives, and LMS implementation in India, as well as participating in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and Corporate Social Responsibility Team. Prior to Otis, Gaurav held the position of HR Manager - Learning & Training at Nestlé, where achievements included leading coaching for the South Asia Region and introducing innovative learning platforms. Gaurav's extensive experience also encompasses roles at Mahindra & Mahindra, Raymond Limited, Reliance Industries Limited, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited, AGRANI CONVERGENCE LIMITED, Daksh (Now IBM Global Process Services), and Asda, with a focus on training management, employee engagement, and content development. Gaurav holds a Certificate in Storytelling and Influencing from Macquarie University and a BCom in Commerce from Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, Delhi University.
