Busingye Nurudin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, program management, and youth empowerment. Currently serving as Chief Sustainability Officer at Eco Dry Cleaners Canada, Busingye has achieved notable reductions in water and energy consumption and initiated a Sustainable Packaging Program. In addition to this role, Busingye supports the Black Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program as an Operations Assistant, while actively contributing to various organizations, including the Ottawa Police Service Community Equity Council and the United Nations Association in Canada as a Youth Advisor. With a strong educational background in sustainability management, computer science, and international relations, Busingye also held leadership positions such as Founder & CEO of the Smart Youth Network Initiative, focusing on community transformation and strategic advocacy for climate action and human rights.
